Description:
M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase is produced as a cloned enzyme resulting from the fusion of E. coli trpE gene with the central region of the M-MuLV pol gene. The enzyme is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that uses single-stranded RNA or DNA as a template in the presence of a primer to synthesize a complementary DNA strand.

- Suitable for synthesis of full-length cDNA as long as 9 kb
- Incorporates modified nucleotides
- Low RNase H activity
