Description:
PCR Enhancer is used in conjunction with DNA polymerases to optimize PCR of problematic and/or GC-rich templates. It improves the PCR amplification of difficult templates and increases the reliability and yield of many PCR targets. It can be used for PCR systems that do not work well under standard conditions. PCR Enhancer is supplied as 5x solution and can be easily added to the amplification reactions and cycling is performed using standard PCR.
