The PCR Buffer Pack contains 10x PCR Buffer and 25mM MgCl2. It provides supplemental reagents for use with AmpSureTM Taq DNA Polymerase. It facilitates the development of a system that requires no detergent, low ionic strength, and ability to add various amount of Magnesium.
