Description:
2x SYBR Green PCR Master Mix contains all the components necessary to perform Quantitative
PCR, with the exception of template and primers. It allows user to detect any double-stranded
DNA generated during PCR. This provides great flexibility because no target specific probes are
required, and yet both specific and non-specific products will generate signals. The 2x SYBR
Green PCR Master Mix contains optimal levels of active SYBR Green I dye, AmpSure GoldTM
DNA Polymerase and special reaction buffer.
